- Your account team will attend to the customization that you need to make the courses your own. In addition to inserting your logo, branding guidelines, special policies, and code of conduct, you may want to include a message from your CEO in order to underscore the importance of ethics training. We strongly suggest that you include links within courses for your employees to report wrongdoing. Stating your values in your own words is also easily done.
- Your account team will work with you to determine the launch communications you need in order to ensure organizational readiness for this learning initiative. Launch communications may include online events, publicity collateral, and talking points for managers and executives.
- Your account team will also work with you to provide follow-up events. For example, you may want to survey your employees to obtain feedback on the effectiveness of their training six months after training is completed.
